Thank you for your interest in our enterprise AI systems. These systems are supplied for deployment in Malaysia only. If the system will be deployed, relocated or resold outside Malaysia, EMARQUE is not able to supply it, and an enquiry cannot be progressed.

This form is a short pre-screening step before we talk. It tells us what you are building and lets us confirm early whether we are able to supply you.

These are highly regulated products. AI Servers are subject to manufacturer, distributor and applicable US export-control and sanctions requirements. This requires verification of the final end user, intended application, ownership structure and deployment location.

Please complete this form accurately. Only projects that pass the preliminary assessment will proceed to formal compliance review. Please note:

• These AI Servers may only be supplied, deployed and used for the approved end user, application and location. Any changes must be disclosed and may require further approval.
• These systems may only be deployed in a data centre located in Malaysia. Deployment at any other location requires prior disclosure and may require further approval or US export authorisation.
• Projects involving mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau, including ownership, control, access, transfer or end-use connections, may be subject to strict restrictions or US export authorisation.
• After preliminary approval, supporting documents will be required, including company, ownership, management, employee and data-centre records.
• A legal opinion from qualified US counsel may also be required, fully borne and paid by the client.
• Submission of documents and payment of legal fees do not guarantee approval, product allocation or order acceptance. Additional information may be requested, and inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delay, rejection or cancellation.
