Cross-border B2B into Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand

EMARQUE handles export documentation, air freight logistics, and remote commissioning support for enterprise customers across the region. Customs duties and on-arrival handling are coordinated with the receiving entity's nominated forwarder per local trade rules.

  • Singapore

    Cross-border B2B sales handled through standard ASEAN trade documentation. EMARQUE works with Singapore-based enterprise IT teams on commissioning windows that align with both HQ change-control calendars; customs and GST handled by the receiving entity per Singapore IRAS guidance.

  • Indonesia

    Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung deployments handled via Soekarno-Hatta air freight. EMARQUE supplies documentation in BIN-compliant format; final import handling is typically managed by the customer's nominated forwarder. On-site commissioning visits are scheduled with appropriate visa and import clearances.

  • Thailand

    Bangkok and Chiang Mai deployments served via Suvarnabhumi air freight. EMARQUE prepares export documentation per ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement; customs duties and on-arrival handling are managed by the receiving customer. Remote-diagnostic support runs continuously regardless of physical distance.

For customers in Brunei, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, or Myanmar — EMARQUE has shipped opportunistically into these markets but does not currently offer standing local support. We’ll talk through the trade-offs candidly before quoting; for some workloads a regional partner is a better fit.
