EMARQUE TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD.("EMARQUE", "we", "us") takes the privacy of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

EMARQUE TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202001018506) is a Malaysian B2B company designing and assembling on-premises AI workstations and servers, with our registered office at G-80-1, Zenith Corporate Park, Jalan SS7/26, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. 2. Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, fill in the contact form, or email us directly, we collect the information you provide:

Identity & contact: name, work email, company, phone number.
Project details: workload type, GPU / RAM / storage preferences, deployment context, budget.
Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate location (city / country derived from IP). We do not store full IP addresses beyond the time required to filter abuse.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
To send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery updates, warranty notices). These are not marketing.
With your explicit consent, to send occasional product announcements. You can unsubscribe from any email or by writing to us.
In aggregate (anonymized), to improve the website and prioritize features customers actually use.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and pixels to operate the site, measure traffic, and improve conversion. By using this site you consent to the processing described below. If you want to opt out of specific tracking, use your browser's privacy controls (incognito / private mode, third-party cookie blocking, ad-blocker extensions, "Do Not Track" preferences) or email us at the address above and we will action your request under Malaysia's PDPA within 21 working days.

Essential — session cookies, CSRF tokens. The site cannot work without these.
Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Tag Manager (which may load Google Analytics 4 and other tags). Used to count visits, understand traffic sources, and measure Core Web Vitals.
Marketing & attribution — Meta (Facebook) Pixel and any additional pixels (LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok, etc.) configured via Google Tag Manager. Used for ad attribution, lookalike-audience building, and remarketing.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

Processors we use to run the business: Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN / Turnstile anti-spam), Upstash (rate limiting). Each is contractually bound to handle data only on our instructions.
Authorities, only where legally compelled.

6. Retention

Quote requests and customer records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus seven (7) years for accounting and warranty purposes, then deleted. Marketing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct anything that is inaccurate.
Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
Lodge a complaint with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP).

8. International transfers

Our hosting, email, and analytics processors operate from jurisdictions outside Malaysia (primarily the European Union and United States). They provide contractual assurances meeting Malaysian PDPA cross-border transfer requirements.

9. Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated on the homepage. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
