Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of https://www.emarque.ai(the "Site") and any quotation or purchase issued by EMARQUE TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD.("EMARQUE", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or replicate the Site beyond reasonable browser caching;
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person in any form;
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, anti-spam controls, or authentication;
  • Use the Site or its content to train any machine-learning model without our prior written permission.

3. Quotations & orders

Prices and configurations shown on the Site are indicative ranges. A formal quotation issued by EMARQUE specifies the final price, lead time, and terms; it is valid for thirty (30) days from issue unless otherwise stated. An order is binding only once we acknowledge it in writing and you have paid the agreed deposit.

4. Warranty

Each EMARQUE workstation carries the manufacturer warranty of its individual components, plus a standard EMARQUE workmanship and assembly warranty as specified on the quotation. Standard warranty terms and the care plan are documented at /support. Extended warranty and SLA options are available; ask your account manager.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, EMARQUE's total liability arising from any quotation, order, or use of the Site is capped at the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, code, product photography) is owned by EMARQUE or licensed to us. Client logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute Site content without written consent.

7. Links to third-party sites

The Site links to emarque.co (our consumer store) and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
